In ancient times it could be called "Nostrano of Ossola's valleys". European DOP since 2017, Ossolano is the 50th Italian Dop Cheese, a true witness of italian dairy tradiction. His taste and aromas, that propagate all Piedmontese Pasture essence, is a perfect ingredient for Polenta or Fonduta.
