Pecorino Sardo Juncu
A semi-cooked cheese with a characteristic shape due to the use of wicker hand-made moulds according to ancient Sardinian traditions. The sheep's milk, mixed with goat's milk make it a little more pleasant, only slightly spicy. The seasoning takes more than 3 months. An excellent compromise between pecorini "for everyone".
