Caprino in foglia di fico

A soft and creamy bite of goat's milk, sweetened by the scent of fig leaves that surround it. This fresh taste envelops and conquers the palate. The fig leaves are available from June to October. The Caprino can be wrapped also with chestnut leaves, availbale in different colours depending from the season.
